Our chatbot uses smart technology to understand what users are feeling, offer kind responses. It's built using advanced computer learning to get better at recognizing and dealing with different mental health concerns. In this application implement natural language processing (NLP) and speech recognition. The application includes a robust authentication system for user security, featuring traditional methods like username/password verification, alongside a graphical password authentication system. Users can select a random image during registration, which is then split into shares for secure storage. The chatbot analyzes user queries to recommend tailored stress-relief strategies, including mindfulness exercises, relaxation techniques, and personalized yoga poses displayed with accompanying images and instructions. The backend manages user data, recommendation algorithms, and integration with external services, while the frontend offers intuitive interfaces for seamless user interaction. Thorough testing ensures functionality, usability, and security before deployment, with continuous improvement based on user feedback and technological advancements driving the project evolution.

The rapid advancement of information technology (IT) has given rise to a new era of efficient and fast communication and transactions. However, the increasing adoption of and reliance on IT has led to the exposure of personal and sensitive information online. Safeguarding this information against unauthorized access remains a persistent challenge, necessitating the implementation of improved computer security measures. The core objective of computer security is to ensure the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of data and services. Among the mechanisms developed to counter security threats, authentication stands out as a pivotal defense strategy. Graphical passwords have emerged as a popular authentication approach, yet they face vulnerability to shoulder-surfing attacks, wherein an attacker can clandestinely observe a victim’s actions. Shoulder-surfing attacks present a significant security challenge within the realm of graphical password authentication. These attacks occur when an unauthorized individual covertly observes the authentication process of a legitimate user by shoulder surfing the user or capturing the interaction through a video recording. In response to this challenge, various methods have been proposed to thwart shoulder-surfing attacks, each with distinct advantages and limitations. This study thus centers on reviewing the resilience of existing recognition-based graphical password techniques against shoulder-surfing attacks by conducting a comprehensive examination and evaluation of their benefits, strengths, and weaknesses. The evaluation process entailed accessing pertinent academic resources through renowned search engines, including Web of Science, Science Direct, IEEE Xplore, ProQuest, Scopus, Springer, Wiley Online Library, and EBSCO. The selection criteria were carefully designed to prioritize studies that focused on recognition-based graphical password methods. Through this rigorous approach, 28 studies were identified and subjected to a thorough review. The results show that fourteen of them adopted registered objects as pass-objects, bolstering security through object recognition. Additionally, two methods employed decoy objects as pass-objects, enhancing obfuscation. Notably, one technique harnessed both registered and decoy objects, amplifying the security paradigm. The results also showed that recognition-based graphical password techniques varied in their resistance to different types of shoulder-surfing attacks. Some methods were effective in preventing direct observation attacks, while others were vulnerable to video-recorded and multiple-observation attacks. This vulnerability emerged due to attackers potentially extracting key information by analyzing user interaction patterns in each challenge set. Notably, one method stood out as an exception, demonstrating resilience against all three types of shoulder-surfing attacks. In conclusion, this study contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the efficacy of recognition-based graphical password methods in countering shoulder-surfing attacks by analyzing the diverse strategies employed by these methods and revealing their strengths and weaknesses.

An Advanced Knowledge Based Graphical Authentication Framework with Guaranteed Confidentiality and Integrity

The information and security systems largely rely on passwords,which remain the fundamental part of any authentication process. The conventional authentication method based on alphanumerical username and password suffer from significant disadvantages. The graphical password-based authentication system has recently been introduced as an effective alternative. Although the graphical schemes effectively generate the passwords with better flexibility and enhanced security, the most common problem with this is the shoulder surfing attack. This paper proposes an effective 3D graphical password authentication system to overcome such drawbacks. The system is based on the selection of click points for generating passwords. The proposed work involved a training phase for evaluating the model in terms of the success rate. The overall evaluations of the model in terms of password entropy, password space, login success rates, and prediction probability in the shoulder surfing and guessing attacks proved that the model is more confidential and maintains a higher range of integrity than the other existing models.

Deep learning based graphical password authentication approach against shoulder-surfing attacks

The password used to authenticate users is vulnerable to shoulder-surfing assaults, in which attackers directly observe users and steal their passwords without using any other technical upkeep. The graphical password system is regarded as a likely backup plan to the alphanumeric password system. Additionally, for system privacy and security, a number of programs make considerable use of the graphical password-based authentication method. The user chooses the image for the authentication procedure when using a graphical password. Furthermore, graphical password approaches are more secure than text-based password methods. In this paper, the effective graphical password authentication model, named as Deep Residual Network based Graphical Password is introduced. Generally, the graphical password authentication process includes three phases, namely registration, login, and authentication. The secret pass image selection and challenge set generation process is employed in the two-step registration process. The challenge set generation is mainly carried out based on the generation of decoy and pass images by performing an edge detection process. In addition, edge detection is performed using the Deep Residual Network classifier. The developed Deep Residual Network based Graphical Password algorithm outperformance than other existing graphical password authentication methods in terms of Information Retention Rate and Password Diversity Score of 0.1716 and 0.1643, respectively.

Abstract: Over the past few decades, research on authentication methods has advanced significantly. While the initial focus was on using standardised password selection and management approaches to secure textual passwords, this was made possible by learning about the flaws in the existing systems based on the attacks performed on the same systems' vulnerabilities. With the rise of biometric-based authentication, the next stage in the study and development of improved solutions has begun. Although initially rather entertaining, this authentication method is very insecure. Once a person's biometrics have been stolen or replicated, new biometrics cannot be made. Compared to a person's one-step biometric authentication, biometrics in the multifactor authentication of an enterprise are less vulnerable. The development of graphical passwords is the result of all these issues with authentication systems. While multifactor graphical passwords impede smartphone users' usability and speedier processing-computational flexibility, overly simplistic graphical passwords are prone to shoulder surfing. Users of Android devices need an authentication system that is easy to use, quick, secure, and that gains faster access to the device. A study was done evaluating the usability, predictability, resistance to various attacks, and other characteristics of various graphical passwords. Grid-based graphical passwords outperformed their rivals among the different types of graphical passwords that were taken into consideration. The majority of graphical password implementations in the past have been on personal computers (PCs), while smartphone usage is far more prevalent than on PCs. We propose to develop an Android application with gridbased image-based graphical password authentication that will be secure and help a lot of users protect the secondary identities that they carry about in the form of smartphones. After evaluating which factors must remain in the system, the application was divided into five modules. Each module was first built using flowcharts, and later, the Java programming language was used to build the app in Android Studio.

Cued Click Point technique, Message Digest 5(MD5) algorithm and Reverse One Time Password are used to implement the enhanced graphical password authentication system. Multi-level passwords are proven to be more secure as compared with the current authentication techniques.

GRAPHICAL IMAGE PASSWORD AUTHENTICATION USING JARO DISTANCE

This research proposes a new authentication mechanism called Graphical Image Password Authentication Using Jaro Distance. A user can register five different related photographs using the suggested technique. To identify the similarity of the five pictures, a Gaussian mixture and the Jaro Distance method are used to preprocess the provided five similar images. All five photographs will be saved in the System database if they are comparable. The user connects in using their permitted information and a picture password based on a drawing. The password is processed by using a Gaussian mixture and implemented using the Jaro Distance technique to compare with the registered passwords in the database for authentication. The suggested method is tested with some example input image passwords, and the performance is evaluated using recall and precision measures. By ensuring authentication for user security, the proposed effort might achieve an accuracy of over 87%.
